[CGMZ] Equip Command Window - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds hotkeys for both keyboard and gamepad. You can now assign a key or gamepad button that, when pressed, the command window will automatically select that command. This is optional per-command, so some frequently used commands may have hotkeys while others could not. See below gif for how it can work:

This would go well with something like [CGMZ] Controls Window to show the player any assigned hotkeys that exist, or you could add the button to your command name text.
