[CGMZ] Encyclopedia - Version 1.16.1

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.16.1!

This version should make the plugin more resilient against any issues you might encounter when various categories are disabled. This even includes calling the scene with a category that you have disabled, which should no longer lead to a crash. A lot of windows previously assumed a category would always be selected but with some newer features it seems that was no longer a safe assumption.
