[CGMZ] Encyclopedia - Version 1.16.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.16.0!

This version adds deep linking to an item in the scene. This means if you want to open the scene to the Slime enemy, you can now do that even if you have categories and subcategories. You can choose how far the link goes into the scene.

This update also made the toast window work with all toast types, so you no longer need to make your toast presets the text type.
