[CGMZ] Dice - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds weighted dice. You can now make it more likely that your dice rolls certain numbers. Previously, all dice were fair dice that had an equal chance to roll each number. You could use this to create a rigged dice game, or give the player some benefit to a roll by using a weighted dice in their favor.

This also should fix a bug with using the wrong image in some cases, mostly when dice did not have a minimum result of 1.
