[CGMZ] Custom Vehicles - Version Alpha R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR4!

This update adds some new plugin commands for custom vehicles that should mimic similar event commands for the default vehicles. These are:

Change Vehicle Location - change the custom vehicle's location

Change Vehicle Image - change the custom vehicle's image

Change Vehicle BGM - change the custom vehicle's bgm
