[CGMZ] Credits - Version 1.4.1

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.4.1!

This version adds compatibility for [CGMZ] Mouse Cursor, which includes the ability to hide the system mouse. This plugin also tries to change the system mouse to a pointer while hovering a credit link, which it will no longer do if the system mouse is hidden. This should also work for compatibility with any other mouse cursor plugin that has a similar feature.
