[CGMZ] Controls Window - Version 1.0.1

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.0.1!

This version fixes a few bugs with changing controls windows mid-scene. It should now work as described in the documentation. I had accidentally broken this in 1.0.0 due to the removal of the Display param which it was still checking.
