[CGMZ] Conditional Choices - Version Alpha R5

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR5!

This version adds conditions for actors. You can now check if an actor is in the party before showing a choice, and you can also make sure their level is at least a given level (optional). This should allow you to make choices based on party composition and levels of the player.
