[CGMZ] Colosseum - Version Beta R8

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version BetaR8!

This version adds a toast manager window that shows the rewards after a win in the colosseum. This should now provide your players with visual confirmation of what they earned from the fight. This toast window works a bit different than others. It still uses the preset system for things like window settings and the first text line, but it will ignore the height and second line and automatically adjust its height for the rewards shown. You can still fill out the first line with a line of text to display before the rewards are drawn.

This update also fixed a compatibility issue with VisuStella Victory Aftermath where their plugin was preventing the previous BGM/BGS from replaying after a colosseum battle. It should now correctly replay the last bgm/bgs from before battle start.
