[CGMZ] Clickable Pictures - Version Alpha R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR4!

This version fixes a bug that could cause other picture plugins to try updating to the default picture image when mouse over, even if it was changed via another plugin away from the default picture image. Now, only pictures registered as clickable pictures will behave that way.
