[CGMZ] Clickable Pictures - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds the Freeze Movement property to your clickable pictures, allowing you to automatically freeze player movement while a clickable picture is showing. This can help make it easier to create a picture based ui where you do not want the player to be able to move.

This version also fixes a crash that could occur when adding this plugin to your project, then loading a save file from before the plugin was added that had pictures displaying when it was saved.
