[CGMZ] Changelog - Version 1.4.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.4.0!

This version adds the One Change Mode, which is a new way to show your changelogs to your players. If this mode is set to true in the parameters, the changelog will only display one change at a time and the player must press Page Up or Page Down to cycle through changes at their own pace. If the individual page is long enough to scroll, it will still scroll. This can help those of you who have so many changes that do not fit in the previous mode where every change was drawn at once, or if you just like a different feel to the changelog scene.
