[CGMZ] Button Events - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds a disable switch, which you can use to temporarily disable all of your button events from working. While disabled, the button cooldowns will also be frozen.

I also added a simple plugin command to clear all keyboard and gamepad button events, in case you just want a quick way to remove them all.
